Waves and Wet Sloppy Ones

Just today Max waved for the first time! And it was Opa that was the lucky recipient!
What better birthday present can Opa get than that.
Also over the past couple of days Max has been giving me super slurpy kisses. We aren't talking about just puckering up, but instead he makes a lunge for my face with his mouth wide open (like he's practicing eating a Big Mac). Before I even have time to respond or make a mental calculation as to how many stitches my cheek will need, he plants a wonderful wet kiss on my cheek.
Ahhh, love.....
